Illustration Friday: Camouflage
My take for the Illustration Friday topic “Camouflage.” These are all found around my house; thinking about of it, most of them were gifts. The two that I actually got for myself have been gifts in a different sense.
I did a really quick coloring job on it, not 100% happy with how everything turned out but that’s how it goes. If I was going to really picky about it I would have used some photo reference while doing the drawing, since not all of my “models” were as cooperative as the others.

This is so funny to me because I had a cat collection too! The thing is…once you tell people you collect soemthing, all kinds of stuff comes along that you NEVER would have put in the collection yourself. I was very fussy about the cats I chose, but I still let the oddballs in because people meant well. Now I keep my collections a secret! (Nice illo by the way)

Great idea, and very nicely done…I like the shading because it does not overpower the linework.

lovely illustration, I think they are a little distainfull of the ornaments, there’s nothing like the real thing and dont they know it!
